There is no question that the financial and physical aspects of association management are important. However, ensuring that proper administrative practices are followed is also critical. FCAM provides sound administrative direction and support to the Board of Directors and to the Association.

- Organize, notice, attend & conduct meetings of the Association
- Maintain & store records
- Maintain current owner’s rosters
- Enforce Documents
- Provide information & certificates of approval for sales/leases
- Maintain vendor files
- Attend to all Association correspondence
- Prepare violation letters
- Receive owner suggestions/complaints & respond appropriately
- File Corporate Report
- Conduct annual insurance cost & value analysis
- Assist with liens/foreclosures

The manager and management team are familiar with each Association’s documents and assist the Boards in administering and enforcing them consistently and continuously. FCAM keeps abreast of local, state and federal statutes governing the condominium and homeowner association industry. By attending seminars, conventions and maintaining affiliation with industry-related organizations, FCAM can provide guidance and assistance to their clients so that they may carry out their duties on behalf of their respective Association. |
