in Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough Counties in West
Central Florida. FCAM has

| FCAM was founded by James
M. Nolan, Sr., who is a Licensed Community Association
Manager, a Master Property Manager and a Registered Real
Estate Broker. He
is a charter member of the National Association of Residential
Property Managers (NARPM)
and Community Association Institute (CAI). A
graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree
in Industrial Engineering, Mr. Nolan has over 30 years
experience in property management and real estate. Mr.
Nolan's team approach to association management has contributed
to the growth of the firm's client list and to its outstanding
reputation in the Tampa Bay area. The
Management Team concept offers accountability and accessibility
to all clients at all times. Even
if the Property Manager is out of the office, on property,
or attending a meeting, routine accounting questions
and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently--no
waiting and no voice mails. The
Management Team consists of the Licensed Community Association
Manager (LCAM), the on-staff Accountant, the Maintenance
Specialist and the Administrative
Support Staff. |
